Constructing the Westbelt Center two-story building from the ground up was a multifaceted project that showcased Sycon's comprehensive expertise in commercial construction. The project commenced with meticulous site preparation, which included land surveying, soil testing, and the implementation of necessary earthwork to establish a stable foundation.

We began with the foundational phase, deploying advanced techniques for excavation and the installation of footings and reinforced concrete foundations. Following the foundation, we moved on to erecting the steel framework, which provided the essential skeletal support for the two-story structure. Precision was paramount as we integrated structural steel elements, ensuring alignment and stability.

Interior construction was equally intricate, involving detailed planning and execution to create functional and inviting spaces. We focused on optimal space utilization, incorporating modern HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet the high standards expected in commercial developments.
